Le Walkshop led by Monsieur Bon Bon on a zoom call was possibly the weirdest thing I've ever engaged in. Bon Bon, in a Zumba class like fashion, sang walking songs and played a collection of songs with walking in the lyrics for us to walk and dance along to. Some of his techniques were named and he continued to remind us that this was a spiritual experience. I'm not sure if I'll be using his techniques but perhaps they may provide motivation when walking becomes tedious.
